Product Description
Flocking Rubber Paste PT-760
Brief Introduction
This product apply to water based transfer printing, such as flocking paper transfer printing, foil transfer printing.
PT-760 is single component without transfer time limits. It has excellent fastness and often apply to pure cotton
or chemical fabrics. The product has high temperature washing or enzyme washing resistance after heat treatment.
PT-760 is eco-friendly.
Usage
Printing —— Baking (below 120℃) —— Printing—— Baking (below 120℃)—— Covering transfer film (heat pressing 150-180℃, 10-15 seconds) —— Stripping the transfer film after cooling to room temperature —— Heat treating (tunnel heating 150-180℃, 3-5 minutes)
Notes
1.Printing one more time and step up heat pressure or increase the heat temperature if the hair is too long or fabric is not smooth;
2.Moisture evaporation may cause printing with difficulty, adding water can solve it. But the effect of paste should be maintained
or may have to make new paste;
3.Sample testing before transfer printing bulk production;
4.Apply to 60-80 mesh-board, small mesh size may affect the transfer effect.
