High Density Rubber Paste PT-610

Brief Introduction 

This product is water based printing paste. It applies to the printing on cotton, knitwear, polyester, T-shirt and 

has excellent performance which can reach  international advanced level. This product is not sticky, it applies to the 

manual printing or elliptical printing. Both of white and Clear paste are eco-friendly.

Features

1.Easy to use, film forming fast, good right angles effect and no clogging;

2.Excellent fastness (can be washed under 60℃ water for 120 minutes without washing off);

3.Great elasticity, soft hand feeling, mix with colors easily and no sticky.

4.Drying in moderate rate, perfect chemical and mechanical stability, which can be compatible with many pigment printing 

ingredients without clogging.

Application

1.Screen printing: flat and table printing, elliptical printing etc.

2.Suitable to the pigment printing on cotton, hemp, chemical fiber and blended fabric.

Usage

Printing —— Blow-drying in low temperature —— Printing —— Blow-drying in low temperature (times of printing depend 

on the thickness of product) —— Drying naturally for 24-48 hours —— Tunnel heating to dry

Notes

1. Apply to 80-120 thick emulsion mesh-board or increase 4 millimeters high in the corners of normal square mesh. 

The mesh must be tightened up diagonally;

2. Rubber scraper are recommended in printing, and the scraper must be printed flattened to avoid bubbles or would affect the next printing;

3. Please printing after totally dried;

4. Drying naturally for 24-48 hours, then drying in heat tunnel (150-160℃ at least 150℃) for 2-3 minutes, please heating 

the back of fabric when passing tunnel. Heat pressing isn’t recommended which would affect the right angles effect;

5. 1% of fixing agent can improve fastness.
