1. The accessories of the machine adopted SMC original pneumatic component, the Mitsubishi PLC. Precision module are made of S136 material and all are fine processed. Thus making the machine equipped with characteristics of steady performance and fast speed.

2.The Machine Adopt Vibration Bowl Feeder to feed parts of products automatically, and feed baked finished products manually to protect them. To finish plastic caps and hinge automatic assembling & detecting,and then unloads the finished hinges automatically to realize operations are performed automatically.  

3.It equips with automatic alarming system, which reporting irregular operations and giving the relative solutions in the form of message. It also can induct the incoming materials automatically and point out the lack of materials, predict and record the capacity.
