Efficiency:

The damper parts and rubber plugs are fed manually, finished products are unloaded manually. The equipment can detect whether incoming product is good or not automatically, and the rejected products will be unloaded from the fixed region. The machine will stop and notice the operator when the bad product is unloaded incorrectly.

Intelligence:

It equips with automatic alarming system, which reporting irregular operations and giving the relative solutions in the form of message. It also can induct the incoming materials automatically and point out the lack of materials, predict and record the capacity.
