1.  Can you do custom designs?

Yes, Bison offer OEM service, all your designs are welcome.

2. Can you design packing for my products?

Certainly, Bison owns professional designer who can make packing designs for your products.

3. Can you print our logo or names on the products?

Sure, we can printing logo or words you require on products, packing bags or catons.

4. Do I need to pay for samples?

We will charge sample fee for the first order , but if your order quantity is big, sample fee can be refuned. 

5. What is sample lead time and order lead time? 

Samples will be done in 7 days, while orders will be finished in 10 to 40 days (depends on order quantity).

6. What is payment terms?

A. For samples:  Full sample fee charged before making samples.

B. For orders:  30% Payment in deposit, the balance to be paid after inspection before shippment.
