1. Q: How long to get the sample?

    A:  Usually it takes 3-7days to get the sample ready. You need to pay for the sample and shipping cost. But sample fee is refoundable when order is confirmed. 

2. Q: What' s the payment terms?

    A: We accept T/T or L/C at sight.  For T/T, 30% deposit before mess production, and balance to be paid against B/L copy. 

3. Q:  How long it taks for the mess production?

    A: It's about 35-50 days after receiving deposit.
