Four companies belong to our headquarter: Slewing Bearing plant, Ring mill plant, Wheel hub plant, Beijing Titanhorse Trade Office.
We started to develop slewing bearing in 1995, then begin to produce formally slewing ring in batches. Now it covers more than 100 thousands square meters, 500sets of medium-sized/large scale equipment, 800 employees. Besides, we have own Ring Forging Plant, covers more than 20 thousands squares meter for producing ring mill.
Our slewing bearing contains various types and specifications with diameter from 200mm~4500mm,which can be widely used for truck cranes, excavators, tower cranes, metallurgical machinery, ship and port machinery, solar energy, wind power,radar, pile driver...etc
Over the past years, in the principle of meeting customer demands, and in the philosophy of "Technology-driven &Quality-focused", the company has promoted technical progress and modern management. Now we use Germany 5S standard site management and have our QC management engineering standards. The company has possessed proprietary design and manufacturing technology and established complete CAD design system and information management system.
