At present, mould , manual pasted cement exhaust passage and air passage are mainly used for the flue in the construction market, which can’t up to the standard GJ/T194-2006 and JG/T854-2008 set by the Ministry of Construction and National Development and Reform Committee, especially the performance of flexibility and impact and fireproof.

The cement fireproof flue forming machine developed by our company can be easily handled with 2 persons without exchanging the mould. The wall made by our forming machine is smooth, and the strength of the product meets the standard of JG/T194-2006 and national Class A fire resistance requirement. It solves the problems of friability, deficiency of strength, unsmooth surface and the failure to meet the fire resistance standard manually made of cement mortar and glass fiber. Flues made by Our machine:

Operation steps:

1. Open the machine and then brush a layer of machine oil on the surface of inner mold and outer mold to facilitate stripping.
2. Cover the inner mold with a circle of net-cloth or steel mesh.
3. Grout the gap between inner mould and outer mould with mixed mortar.
4. Start the vibrating pump and pour mixed mortar into machine at the same time. Then turn off the pump while cement mortar become static.
5. Start the inner heater to decrease the solidification time.
6. Start stripping the inner mould when the surface of concrete is hard enough. First the left and right side and then up and down side. Limit switch is used to control the travel of mould.
7. Push the flue along the stripping-direct lightly, then replace the inner mould.
8. Airing the flue.
