Working Principle

Driven by the dynamic system, the high speed dispersing disc creates high linear speed which disperses the materials (of different viscousity or the same materials) into homogenious paste in a short time. Meanwhile, the high shear emulsifier’s stators and rotors creates strong centrifugal force which squeezes the materials and gets them rubbed and collided. Moreover, there is the anchor mixer with the scraper which drives the materials do axial and radial movement, finally get all the materials dissolved, blended and mixed completely and uniformly. The whole mixing process is completed under the circulation of each agitators’movements.
