1) If you have interest in our products, one sample is free of charge for new customer. Please pay for the express fee. 

2) For our cooperative customer, we will send you free samples of new designs. 

2. About Shipping: 

1) Trial small order: By express, like DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS, SF Express. 

2) Large order: By air freight or by sea. 

3) You can use your own shipping agent. 

3. About Payment:

1) We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer through banks).

2) Western Union (WU). 

3) Paypal for small amount. 

4) Payment Term: 30% deposit before production, pay 70% balance before delivery. 

4. About return policy 

1) If quality problem occur, we will make replacements for the faulty quantity (which don't pass inspection) to you. 

2) If serious problems happen and we can't reach an agreement, we will return your payment.
