Once you started a weight loss diet, you can’t wait for the ‘daily meeting’ with the bathroom scale. I feel motivated to move on with my diet each time a see a ‘friendly scale’ that tells me I lost some weight. 
What about the times we’re you’re at work, traveling or before and after the gym, before and after lunch? I’m always curious to see how much I gained or lost, although I know the weight during the day could vary +/- 2 pounds.
