As the picture shows, the material is three layers, of which the base plate is cold-rolled steel, the middle layer is porous sintered bronze powder, and surface layer is improved PTFE. By the special craft and unique structure, the self-lubricating bearing gains excellent mechanical properties, good anti-friction and wear resistant.
