2,What's your capacity?

A: Our production capacity is 15000-20000pcs/month(depends on the different models)

3,What certificate do you have?

A: We have the ISO9001-2000 quality management system certificate and CE/CCC/ROHS certification for the products.

4,How's the quality of your products and how do you control it?

A:Quality is the priority.Sippon people always put great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end 

Before production:

Our QC staffs take full inspection for the raw material and accessories.

During production:

A model will be tested first by QC before put into mass production .During production our operation staffs test all functions and technical parameters of the products.Besides.our QC staffs take the routing inspection for key procedure.

After production:

According to the Finished Products Testing Standard. our QC staffs take full inspection for finished products 

5.When can I get the quotation?

We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price,please call us or tell us in your e-mail so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

6. How can I get a sample to check your quality?

After price confirmation,you can require for samples to check our quality counter display.

If you need the samples,we will charge for the sample Express fee. But the cost can be refundable after order confirmation when your quantity of the order is more about the MOQ.

7. What kind of files do you accept for drawing?

PDF, Core Draw, high resolution JPG.

8. Can you do the design for us?

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in box design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect packing boxes. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

9. How long can I expect to get the samples?

After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

10. What about the lead time for mass production?

Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 15 to 20 days. Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.

Our main market is in Euro .South America and Southeast Asia, We have customers from more than 30 countries 

12,What's your warranty?

Each product ,we provide the warranty for one year ,except the battery
