Main Characteristics
This machine adopt PLC control system combine with weight system to control all machine.
Use fixed flow pipeline to set parameter.
Adopt large flow qualityto control to reach approaching numerical( the set flow quality,such as set 20L, it will flow large quality to approaching 20L)
Then through small flow quality to supplement remain quality, in order to reach set quality filling, promise the filling quality is accuracy, and do not waste the material.

Main Characteristics
With 6 mechanical hands, the mode is used for multi-geometry containers. It discharged cap at high speed without any cap reversed. Supplying cap system and mechanical hands work together in phase. When the cap is tightened .Bottle and cap stand still relatively, and the clutch separates immediately so that cap and bottle are not apt to be damaged.

Installation/ Training:
The installation can be provided by the MIC Company. It must be after shipment and machine has arrived and factory must be ready equipped with all necessary requirements before booking installation with MIC Company. Our engineers will come to the site for the complete and final installation. During the installation session, a one day training course will be provided to the customer to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure. The purchase at US$70/person/day plus all local transportation, accommodation, air tickets (round trip). Day charges include travel day.
