Technical craft:
Shot blasting machine throw the steel grit and steel shot with high speed with the action of the impeller head, then the steel shot will fall down and shock the surface of the material. Compared to other surface treatment technology, it is faster and more effective.
Two main functions of the shot blasting machine:
1.Surface cleaning: Shot blasting machine mainly used to clean the burnt-on sand and the oxide skin on the surface of the workpieces.
2.Workpieces strengthening: Shot blasting machine is proved to be the most effective method to strengthen the dislocation density inside the metal.
