1. Can I request for samples?
Ans: We would be glad to send samples, however, sample cost has to be bear by buyer. 

2. How to get my own label?
Ans: We offer private labeling to everyone. Please understand, private label is optional and it is avaibale at additional cost. We request you to send us your artwork and details requested by our sales representative.

3. Why do you charge separately for private label?
Ans: We keep things fair and transparent. In case, customers do not wish to have private label then we either sell it under our brand  or simply do not put any label at all. Hence pass this saving directly to our customers and keep prices low. 

4. I want to place small order. Can you ship via Air?
Ans: Yes, we can ship by air with minimum order of 50 cartons, at least. Our loading airport is Tansonnhat airport. However, it is not advisable to anyone to ship by air, as prices are way too high comparing to shipment by sea. Kindly send us complete company profile and inform us do you have valid import permit or not, along with your target price.
