Product Description
PCM-R is composite asphalt modifier with rubber as its key component. Its core value is improving fatigue, aging and crack resistance of asphalt mixture. At the same time, high temperature performance can also satisfied the requirements for modified asphalt mixture.
PCM-R have two types: PCM-RHC (high consistency) and PCM-RLC (low consistency). PCM-RHC is recommended to be used for gap gradation （SMA/ARHM）and stress absorbing waterproof adhesive layer (chipseal with 2.0-2.6 L/m2 PCM-R modified asphalt). When used in SMA, fiber is not necessary. PCM-RLC modified asphalt is recommended to be used for continuous gradation.
RHC and RLC modified asphalt have big difference in consistence and film forming on surface of aggregate. RHV could present thicker more stable film than SBS modified asphalt together fiber. RLC modified asphalt have similar consistence as SBS modified asphalt.
