Products with quality-related issues may be returned for a refund or exchange by contacting Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred. We will also accept exchanges for products of equal or greater value within 7 days of receiving your order as long as the products were originally purchased from and are still in the original packaging.
