1) The warranty for the whole machine is 24 months.
2) The warranty for the mirrors & lens and laser tube is 3 months.
3) The warranty is from the date of arriving at the port of destination.
4) During the warranty, we will repair the broken parts for FREE.
5) When the warranty is over, we will charge for the repair.
6) If there's any problem in the future, we will give you tech support by sending email/telephone/skype/msn and we will send you tech documents to fix the problems soon.

Shipping

We will send out the machine by Sea to the nearest port in your country. 
If you want to send it by DHL or any other shipping way,please contact us in advance.

A: both are OK, as long as your operation system is window 2000/XP/vista/win7 

Q: Does your laser work from printer in coreldraw/autocad?

A: our laser machine can work in CorelDraw and AutoCAD directly.
and it connects to PC by using a USB cable.

Q: What files is the software compatible with?

A: usually,the power of the tube is decided by two parameters:
1) the length of the tube,the longer the tube is, the more powerful.
2) the diameter of the tube,the bigger the tube is, the more powerful.
