Work Principle
Take advantage of the high-speed rotating impeller, throw steel shot/pill on steel sheet surface to achieve derusting,to get metal internal molecular arrangement dislocation, reinforce steel sheet esistance to fatigue strength.

Auto-loading system, Roller bed system, Preheating system, Shot blasting system, Painting system, Darying system, Auto-unloading system, Dust collect system,PLC electrical control system.
Feature
QXY serises steel plate shot blasting is designed and produced by adpoting the advantage of similar products from both within the country and abroad. The rusting cleaning part(shotblast cleanng) adpots high-effcient blast wheel and full shutter type shot steel separator, The sweeping machine adopts specially made high-strength nylon rolling brush and high-pressure airless spraying method.
The complete set of equipment is controlled by PLC, and is the large-size complete equipment of international advanced
