Front and rear stopper

 

1.Front gauge:Placed on a table surface with instructions numerical scale to adjust activities stop to achieve the required keep-off value .When shearing steel sheet using the keep-off shear is more convenient.

2.Rear stopper:Installed in the tool post, along with the rest on the bobbing up and down.The rear stopper is adjusted by 0.55KW motor drive after gear reduction by the lead screw transmission.

 3.Synchro control system

   between beams is used for the synchronism.

b.2 ends of slide has 2 synchro fork which make,The system uses upper die compensation to improve the brake precision.

c.The worktable adopts the particular design,reducing the crowning distortion amount of lower tool effectively.

 4.Servo motorize Backgauge(standard)

a.CNC Back gauge system with X axis by AC servo motor driven ball screw shafts and on linear bearings with an accuracy of 0.01mm.

b.Back gauge has well enough mechanical strength and rigidity with tank-type gauge structure.

c.High-precision ball screw and linear guide-way.Particular finger-stop design,enlarge the range of back gauge.
