1. Standard and Applicable range

The standard gives regulation of Classification, technical requirements and marks, transportation and storage

The standard is suitable for hard Polyvinyl Chloride board that extrused with addtive. The product is applicable for Chemical, chemical fertilizer, oil, electroplating, water purification treatment and environmental protection equipment and a variety of corrosion-resistant materials, can also be used for other industries, but not suitable for food containers. 

2. Specs

thickness 2-30mm, the tolerance should meet with requirement of Table one.

3.Technical requirement

(1)Color: Standard color is Grey. With minor color tolerance and spots. Other colors Optional.

(2)Appearance: the appearance should be smooth, no Crack, no bubble, no obviously Impurity, and no Dispersd material. Ripple allowed but no feel.

(3)Shape: The four sides cut smooth, no gap bigger than 5mm on section.

(4)Technical requirement: physical and mechanical charactors should meet with requirement of Table 2.

4.Packing and transportation

(1)Each board must have name, trademark, product name, specs, date, etc.

(2)transportation: No Throw and shock, and avoid sun and rain

(3)Product should be stored in warehouse that below 40℃, and mini 1m distance from heating source. And any board must be kept for more than 24 hours under room temperature, if kept below 0℃ circumstance.
