The equipment after technical service , the installing , operation , maintenance we supply good technical consulting service , user can through telephone or Web ( QQ ,MSN .email ,remote assistance ,and other way ) to communicate with our technical department . Supplier ensure give the feedback  in 24 hours  after received the question .If the telephone or the remote assistance can't solve the problem ,supplier will arrageour engineer to come to user scene for equipment maintenance.But user should to pay all fees(like visa flight ,dinners ,hotel ,engineer’s wage etc)

2.Quality warranty .

The equipment warranty is after the inspection OK ,supplier supply the consumables such as cutting torch ,solenoid valve for free in one month , CNC system and  other control part ,we supply free maintenance for  12 months ( beside the artificial damage . After 12 months , supplier supply the maintenance , user only need charge the cost of the basic fee . Supplier supply the different spare and accessory parts in low cost at a long time. 

 1,How about the documents after shipment?

After shipment, we ll send all original documents to you by DHL, including Packing List, Commercial Invoice, B/L, and other certificates as required by clients.

2,How long is the delivery time?

For standard machines, it would be 7-10 days; For non-standard machines and customized machines according to client s specific requirements, it would be 15 to 30 days.

3,Do You Arrange Shipment For The Machines?

Yes, dear esteemed customers, for FOB or CIF price, we will arrange shipment for you. For EXW price, clients need to arrange shipment by themselves or their agents.
