Pulp and Paper Equipment/ Screening Equipment
Having served the pulp and paper industry for more than 30 years, Qinyang Friends Machinery offers a wide range of screening equipment, including the pressure screen, vibrating screen, and centrifugal screen. The pulp screen plays a key role in paper machine broke treatment for removing trash accidentally introduced in the broke. 1. Pressure Screen (Upward Flow)
It can be widely used for coarse and fine screening of various wastepaper pulp as well as pulp screening before going to the paper machine, and features an unmatched working performance and reliability.
2. Vibrating Screen (High Frequency) paper vibration machine
The high frequency screen is mainly used for coarse screening of paper pulps. It can screen, sort,and filter knots, paper pulps, dry lime, fillers, plastic film and nondigested material in the coarse
pulp.
3. Centrifugal Screen
Improved from the CX series screen, our ZSL series centrifugal screen is used to screen a variety of pulps, including chemical pulp and wastepaper pulp. It is also used for the fine screening of stock for paper making machines.
4. Pressure Screen (Inward Flow)
This pressure screener is designed with an inward flow structure and is used for the fine
screening of pulp for pulping systems and screening of pulp prior to entering the paper machines.

Q1: What is guarantee terms ?
A1: According to the international practice, performance and mechanical guarantee shall be for 1 year from the successful commissioning or 1.5 years from the date of bill of lading.
Q2: What is the production time ?
A2: Normally 2- 3 months, it depends on the machine type and scope of supply. But we can arrange the partial shipment according to customer’s foundation construction schedule.
Q3: Do you provide the inspection report of equipment ?
A3: Yes, we shall inspect the equipment and issue the Exworks Quality Certificate as well as the Product Inspection Report.
Q4: What is the standard packing for the machine?
A4: Normally wooden cases with fumigation. Unless otherwise specified, the equipment shall be packed in new and strong wooden cases and necessary measures shall be taken to protect the equipment from moisture, rain, rust, corrosion, shock and damages so as to make the equipment withstand repetitious handling, loading and unloading as well as long distance ocean and inland transportation.
