Main frame of the equipment

1.Cylinder section: φ 1500mm×2300mm stainless steel cylinder mould 3 sets, φ 450mm×2300mm couch roll 3 sets, φ400×2300mmreverse roll 1set, coated by rubber, rubber shore hardness 38°C±2.

2. Press section: φ 500mm×2300mm marble roll 1 set, φ 450mm×2300mm rubber roll 1 set, coated by rubber,rubber shore hardness 90°C±2. Pneumatic compression device, allocating a group of scraper.

3. Dryer section: Φ2500mm×2300mm dryer can 2 set, φ 1500mm×2300mmdryer can 6 sets, 500mm×2300mm touch roll 1 set, φ 450mm×2300mmdouble-dryer cans fly roll 1 set, allocating two scrapers and setting the dried wire device od double-dryer can. Pneumatic compression device, coated by rubber,rubber shore hardness 90°C±2.
