• Southeast Asia, Mid East and Australia: Egypt, Israel, Pakistan, Turkey, India, Singapore, Thailand, New Zealand ect. We choose  DPEX or ARAMEX. It may take 7-15 days.
• Russian Federation: we only send orders by EMS or CPAM. It  will take 20-45 days. 
• South America: Brazil, Chile, Peru, Argentina, Columbia ect. We choose EMS or CPAM for shipping.It will take 20-45 days. If you really need DHL, please contact us.
• North America and Most of Europe: We choose DHL, except cities that DHL can not reach. It will take 7-10 days.

• If you get a defective item and you do not like the item we send to you, Please contact us within 5 days after you receive your order.  item must be returned with its original packaging and accessories.Customer is responsible for shipping charges of returned item.We will refund the money to you when we get the returned item.  Or we can send you a new one according to your demand.
