500kW natural gas generator features

 1)Fuel: natural gas, biogas, petroleum gas

  gas quality requirements:

  gas temperature 10-60 °C;

  gas pressure 5 ~ 20Kpa, pressure change rate of ≤ 0.5Kpa/min;

  H2S content ≤ 20mg/Nm ³;

  NH3 content ≤ 20mg/Nm ³;

  CH4 content in gas ≥ 50%;

  hydrogen content <10%;

  impurity content ≤ 30mg/Nm ³;

  impurity particle size ≤ 5um;

  moisture content≤ 40mg/Nm ³

  gas must be treated in order to achieve non-liquid components 

 2)We dispatch engineers to install the gen-set on site.

 3)Spare parts are supplied during the whole service life. 

 4)Running cost lower, low maintenance cost 

 5)Gas engine: modified from Cummins or Deutz

 6)Alternators: Stamford/Leroy Somer/Engga  

 7)Well performed control system, completed monitor system include visual and audio alarm devices, auto     shutdown when mulfunction appears  

 8)Gas consumption: less than 0.33cbm/kWh 

 9)Rated frequency: 50Hz / 60Hz, rated power factor: 0.8 

 10)Cooling mode: closed-circuit cooling system

 Illustrations:

-for our air intake system,we equip with manual ball valve, solenoid gas valve, fire arrestor and zero pressure valve.

-for our ignition system,we use the world famous ALTRONIC system, it contains the Hall sensor,ignition module, ignition coils, high voltage wires.

 -for our cooling system, according to customers' real situation, we provide several choices: Heat Exchanger, Vertical Water Tank and Remote Radiator

-for our genset control, we use the Czech imported Comap control system. With this system, we can parallel several gensets and also connect to nation grid.

500kW natural gas generator warranty

1. The main parts will be covered for 12months or 1500 hours whichever comes first, since acceptance.

2. Spare parts under warranty will be sent for free. We charge the spare parts cost when out of warranty .

3. Daily consumed materials/components and damage due to wrong operation and/or lack of maintenance are not included in the warranty.
