Dura-shred American standard quality waste tyre cutting machine

Dura-shred‘s double shaft shredders are designed with an aggressive low RPM, high torque shredding technology. Each shaft is driven by its own Siemens motor, giving it plenty of power to drive through tires and thick steel beads. The shredder blade thickness ranges from 25 mm to 152 mm (1”-6”) depending on the type of tires, throughput, and desired end product. The shredder machine can process OTR tires, truck tires, and car tires at a rate of up to 20 tons per hour.

Packaging & Shipping:

For packing, we use the wooden pallet to load the Shredder and Rasper, so that they can be easily fixed into the container. We will use the wooden box to load the baldes, motors and other spare parts, so that they can be prevented the collision while delievery.

Our production plant is located in Wuxi, China with headquarters in Shanghai, China. We have a modernized factory with an experienced professional work force. Our management team comprises of multi-culture and bi-lingual professionals fluent in English, Spanish, and Mandarin Chinese. 

Maintenance & Service: 

we will provide 1 year garantee for our blades, motor, gearbox, bearings and 20 years of the framwork of our plant. We suggest our customer to do the " tighten bolts, lubricating and normal inspections" for about one and a half hour for the Shredder, Grater and Granulator intoal. If needed, we can also send our engineer to your factory to help you do the maintenance work. Following is the photo taken when we did the maintenance work for our India customer.
