Generally, for our Q020 & Q030 series, 20/410 is 1800-2000 pcs/ctn, 24/410 
is 1500-1800 pcs/ctn, for our Q200 & Q400 series, 24mm is 1000 pcs/ctn, 28mm is 800 
pcs/ctn, 33mm is 500 pcs/ctn and our nail polish pump is 900 pcs/ctn.

1) Your company is a transactional company or an industrial manufacture factory?

    We are an industrial manufacture factory which located in Guangzhou city, near the Baiyun airport, welcome to visit our factory at any time.

2) Can you do design for us?

     We have a professional designer team to help our customer do design work, and can also make new mold base on your idea.

3) Can we do aluminum on the Lotion pump?

     Yes, you can. We Can do Sliver, Gold, Black, and various color aluminum, but you will give me sample or Panton Number.

4) Can we get your free samples?

    Yes, you can. Our Samples are always available for you, but the freight for express is on buyer's account.

5) Can we combine many items size in one container in my first order?

     Yes, you can. But the quantity of each ordered item should reach our MOQ.

6) What is the normal lead time?

    A. For plastic products, we will send goods to you within 10-15 work days after we receive your 30% deposit.

    B. For aluminum product, the delivery time is 30-45 days after we received your 30% deposit

    C. For OEM products, the delivery time is 45-60 work days after we receive your 50% deposit.

7) What is your payment term?

    T/T. 30% deposit before production, balance should be paid before the shipment

8) What is your shipping way?

     We will help you to choose the best shipping way according to your detail requirements. By sea, by air, or by express, etc.

9) How do you control the quality?

    We will make samples before mass production, and after sample approved, we will begin mass production. Doing 100% inspection during production; then do random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.

10) If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?

      If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container. We will advise you to certify the claim by third party, or we can accept the claim from the samples or pictures you present, finally we will completely compensate all your loss.
