HLS type concrete mixing/batching plant is composed byb weighing system, mixing system, electrical control system, pneumatic controal system and stc. Rated output of this machine is 60/90/120/180 CBM per hour and discharging height is 3.8m. it can mix various kinds of concrete and suitable for medium size construction sites, power stations, irrigation, highways, airportsports, bridges, and medium size factories producing concerte prefabricated parts.

This machine can store 2/3/4/5 more difference aggregates. It used wheel loader to load the batcher.It has cement/fly ash silos and corresponding screw conveyers. Aggrements, additives, water and cement/fly ash are all used electrionic weighting automatically/manually. It adopts double shafts as mixer.
