Most Advanced Technology Small Scale Edible Oil Refinery
We begain to produce the small scale edible oil refinery since 1988,and our small scale edible oil refinery got the China National Patented in 1999(the patented number is ZL 99 2 5288.7).Now our small scale edible oil refinery has got the ISO 9001,SGS,BV certificates,it has reasonable design and good price.The small scale edible oil refinery has 12 monthes warranty period,and our engineer will train customer to operate the machines.At present,we have exported our small scale edible oil refinery to Russia, Myanmar, Indonesia, Bangladesh,Bolivia,Peru...It is getting more and more popular in the international market.
1. Characteristic
It is for batch oil refining and has all functions of large and medium-sized batch oil refining equipment, and it is better than them.It is combined unit, provide with heat source and electric control by itself, light weight and low consumption. Customer only needs to provide electric, water, coal (firewood), caustic soda, phosphoric acid and carclazyte.It can refine kind of crude oil like peanut oil,sunflower seed oil,soybean oil,cotton seed oil , rapeseed oil...This machine do not need workshop, customer can use it in house or outdoor. It is mobile.
2. Craft Flows:
Add Phosphoric Acid ↓ Add Caustic Soda↓ Add Hot Water↓ Add Carclazyte ↓Vacuumize
Crude Oil → Alkali Refining → Washing→ Decoloration → Deodorization →Finished Oil
3. Main Machine:
Neutralization Pot: Used for acid-refining, alkali refining and washing
Decolorizing Pot: Used for bleaching oil and desorption oil
Deodorization Pot: Used for oil deodorizing
Thermal Oil Furnace: Supply the necessary heat energy, temperature can reach 280°C
Vacuum Pump: Supply the necessary vacuum for decolorization and deodorization.
Air Compressor: Dryer the carclazyte and press out the refined oil.
Filter Separator: Filtrate the carclazyte
Steam Generator: Supply the steam for deodorization

Due to the damage caused by the customer,we only charge material costs for repair and replacement. After the receipt of customers notice,we will suggests the method to solve problem within six hours, or send specialist to the site to solve the problem within twenty four hours. |
