have following advantages: samller peroxide value, light oil color,saving energy. Through test and calculation actually, to process 1 ton materials with negative pressure can save 133kg steam and 900kg cooling water,and can reduce solvent consumption 1—1.5kg.

 Advantages:

   1. Saving energy. Second steam in the desolventizer-toaster is as heat sourse of first steaming,and steaming temperature is reduced by negative pressure,so steam and circulation water consumption of the whole prodution line is reduced as well. After steaming with negative pressure,oil quality is better, and to degum with water is easy, carclazyte decolored consumption and solvent consumption is reduced.

  2.Improving crude oil quality. Temperature when it operates with negative pressure is lower,so peroxide value of crude oil is smaller,and the color of crude oil is light. Residual solvent content is below 0.02%, thus quality of crude oil after extraction is improved.

  3.Reducing condensed area. Light burden of condensing system makes condensing area reduce 40%

  4.Improving workshop safety.The whole system operates with negative pressure,solvent loss is little,operation safety in extraction workshop is improved.

  5. Steady operation system. Self-operated controller system is setted, key data of the system is all controlled by self-control instrument,workers’ labour intensity is reduced,and system stability is enhanced.

  6. longer equipment utilization time. Quality of crude oil is bad when steamed with common pressure,there are many protein mucus things,and inner of steamer will form much dirt after a long time,so work result is effected,and reduces equipment life.

Principle flow:

  Preprocessing materials are sent into seal spiral conveyer in extraction workshop by scraper conveyer,and fall in level-rotating extractor,sprayed with solvent or mixed oil to extract.After drying,wet meal fall in meal bucket,through seal spiral conveyer, then enter the desolventer-toaster by scraper conveyer. After desolventized and toasted to remove solvent, meal are transferred to finished meal warehouse. Dense mixed-oil is leached by internal filter of extractor, then is infused into mixed-oil tank,and enters No.1 long pipe steamer to separate solvent from steam,then enters No.2 long pipe steamer,separates solvent from steam again,and is infused into steam-stripping tower to remove residual solvent,crude oil that is gotten by the above steps is sucked into crude oil tank,then transferred to refining workshop.Solvent and steam from the desolventizer-toaster is sucked into No.1 long pipe steamer as heat source,collect vacuum with vacuum pump,and make whole mixed-oil steaming system operate under negative pressure state. Solvent and steam which is from No.1 and No.2 long pipe steamer,steam-stripping tower,level-rotating extractor and the desolventizer-toaster is sucked into condenser to condense, liquid condensed flows into water-separator to be separated,and solvent separated returns to the solvent turnover storehouse. Waste water which is discharged from water-separator and solvent turnover storehouse etc. flows into the water-boiled tank to be boiled,after this, waste water is drawn into the pool.Free gas in the upper of each equipment is collected into the last condenser to condense, uncondensed gas returns the absorbent tower to collect solvent again.
