1.System overview

        XK-MX7 control model about beer production process consists of saccharification part and fermentation part. The two parts get through by composite pipe line.Saccharification part include mash copper, mash tun, filter tank, boiling pot, sedimentation tank and the heat exchanger. And the components connect each other through pipes.Mash copper pipe connected with the raw material input pipe and steam in and out of the pipe.Fermentation part consists of several fermentation tank. Connection between the fermentation tank is washing disinfection pipe, cold media return piping, temperature monitoring device, refrigerant supply pipes and composite pipes.Control system completely adopts Siemens PLC programmable controller, industrial control and other control components. That isconvenient for centralized management, discrete control, strong anti-interference, reliability.
