Application

DTF series fans can be applied to fire fighting and exhaust fume for various buildings. They are also used to exhaust fume and ventilation for buildings, civil air defense projects, subways, mines and tunnels.

 Features 

High efficient, energy conservation, stable operation, low noise, thermostability, and convenient installation. It is 2/3 the size and half the weight of centrifugal fan with the same air volume. The mounting mode can be vertical, horizontal and suspended.

This type of fan is equipped with special motor cooling system: built-in air-cooled motor

Advanced pneumatic blades (forward or backward) reduce noise at 8-10 dB (A), and power 6%

When the temperature of the main air duct medium is 280 °C, it can run continuously for more than 30 minutes; when the temperature is under 150 °C, it can run under long-term continuous operation.

DTF fan series are applied with standards jointly issue by Bureau of Technical Supervision and the Ministry of Construction as follows:

Code for fire protection design of high -rise buildings (GB50045-95)

Code for fire protection design of garage and parking (GB50067-97)

Code for design of basement for civil air defense (GB50038-94)

The group has passed the test from state fixed fire extinguishing system and Fire Retarding Component Quality Supervision, Inspection center. And has obtained the "Registration Certificate of Fire Fighting Product in Shandong Province" issued by fire department of Shandong Provincial Public Security Bureau.

Four series models:

1.single speed under normal pressure;        

2.two speed under normal pressure;

3.single speed under intermediate pressure; 

4.two speed under intermediate pressure and single speed under low pressure

 T35-11,BT35-11 axial flow fans

 Application

 T35-11 series axial fans are designed to replace 30K4. T35 series products draw reference to T40 and choose their configuration and hub through experiment. The motor has been improved, reducing the loss of power; therefore the efficiency reaches 89.5%. The noise level lowers 3.6dB, enhancing its intensity.

BT35 explosion-proof fans adopt explosion-proof measures and use electric motor, exhausting explosive, flammable non-corrosive air. T35, BT35 are for ventilation and heat dissipation of plants, warehouses, offices, housing, etc. If remove its casing, it can be used as a free fan. They also can be connected in series in long pipes to reinforce its air pressure.  

Form
This series has 3 types according to the impellers' diameters, which are: No. 2.8,3.15,3.55,4,4.5,5,5.6,6.3,7.1,8,9,10,11.2, etc. Every type has 5 angles: 15o,20o,25o,30o,35o.

Their impellers are installed on the axis of the motor directly. Three speeds are matched: 2900,1450,960r/min, when the rotation is not exceeding 60m/s, anticlockwise rotate facing inlet air vent. The passing air should not be corrosive, dustless, below 40°C and re-tested in the factory to ensure stable operation.

Structure
T35, BT35 fans consist of impellers, casing, air collectors, which are made of steel. Supports are made of section bar, connecting with duct. Impellers are composed by blades and hubs. Casings consist of duct and support, which are made of steel sheet and section bar. Ducts are round, having some space with the impeller. Air collectors encompass flanges and air collectors. It is made of one-step molding steel, reducing air loss.
Performance and Selection

The performance in the table refers to the performance of the standard condition (temperature20oC, relative humidity 50%, air pressure 101.3×103Pa, air density1.2kg/m3). It needs calculate in the non-standard condition. To change its rotate speed, the relevant performance shall be conversed. 

 Usually we use plywood package or naked package. Some of the products like fan coil unit or table tennis board have standard carton package. The shipping terms are LCL, 20’ container, 40’ container

Before-sale services:   

(1) Tell customers how to use our products and matters needing attention.

 (2) Guide customers to choose the best and economic product, recover the investment within short time.  

 (3) Site inspection if you need. 

In-Sale services:   

(1)Quality control must be inspected strictly.  

 (2)In accordance with the agreements stipulated in the contract.   

After-sale services:   

(1) If the project needs our installation guidance, we can send our engineer and translator. We can also send customers installation video to teach them how to fix and operate with 

our product.  

(2) Usually, our product warranty is 18 months after leaving factory or 12 months after installation. within this months, all parts broken will be responsible for our factory.

(3) Regular contact with customer, consult with the customer feedback, come true with 

the customer's two-way communication.
