USES:In food industry,it is used as buffer,chelate agent,nutrition enhancer, emulsifier,flavor for buttermilk, balance the sour flavor of citric acid in soft beverag cidification in dairy products.or as anchoring agent for cheese and meat;gelling agent for pudding,fruit juice; emulsifier and stabilizer for cheese and ice cream. In pharmaceutical industry, it is used as anticoagulant, or preservatives for syrup preparation.
Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner, and a composite paper bag as the outer layer.The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
Storage and Transport: It should be stored in a dry,ventilative and clean warehouse,kept away from moisture and hot,futhermore,it shoud be stored separately from poisonous. Avoid damage to the bags.Its expiry date is two year.
