1. Machine machines adopted:

The main equipments in production of ceramsite includs crusher, screening machine,belt conveyor, feeding machine, discharge machine, raw material storage warehouse,dustfall room,induced draft fan,main kiln body,coal injection system and control cabinet,etc.

The manufacturing process for coal ash ceramsite is as follows:

2. Main process:

Mixed milling of raw materials(coal ash+certain quantity of admixtures)- granulation - firing expansion- stockpiling-transportation(in bags). It’s preferred to adopt the double barrelled rotory kiln to produce the coal ash ceramsite, namely,  the rotary speed of the preheating section and drying section can be controlled seperately on the preheating time according to the condition of the raw material. It has been forbidden for the production and use of clay ceramsite in some areas due to the limit of land resources in recent years. However, in some other areas,  the clay ceramsite can be produced by making use of the sludge in river channel, discarded mountainous soil ,etc.

3. Working principle:

The disc pelletizing machine is composed of a shallow disc with a certain angle and support frame. The dip angle and rotary speed of dis can be adjuatable.After being mixed in the mixing machine, the mateiral is conveyed to the upper of the disc, and then being fed continuously and quantitatively to the disc.In the disc, the material bonds with the sprayed adhesive and wrapped into grain.

As the disc rolling, the particles gradually become large. Due to the significant grading ability, large particles float on top and are continuously discharged from the lower side of the disc.And the smaller particles stay in the disc and stick with the newly fed materials together, continue to get larger.The particles produced by the disc pelletizing machine are very even, very little of the material needs to be returned.The production capacity is large. A normal disc pelleter can produce finished product 4tons per hour. At present, it's the most popular pelletizing machine applied in China. It has advantages of simple structure, low cost and convenient maintainence,etc.

the installation, and test run. All the expenses of technicians inside China will be responsible by the Seller. 

All the expenses outside China, including round tickets, insurance, food and accommodation, etc.,will be 

responsible by the Buyer.
