MTM301 Hospital Folding Bed

They are controlled by three hand cranks to raise the backrest, knee Gatch and entire bed height. To be specific, taking the MTM301 manual bed as an example, the backrest can be raised by 0-75° (±2%), the knee Gatch position can be raised by 0-45° (±2%), and the entire bed can be raised by 350mm~690mm.

1. The Gatch bed is equipped with detachable ABS headboard and footboard.
2. Profiling steel frame comes with Parkerizing and powder spraying treatment, ensuring elegant appearance and high loading capacity.
3. Legs of the hospital bed are provided with 4 silent casters with braking function, providing convenience for move.

2. Product Packaging

The detailed packaging of each product is different. Generally, our products are packed in 5-layer brown cartons. Then, according to customers' needs, we decide to use wooden box or not. We offer a vast diversity of products. You can purchase more than one kind of products and we can package them together to save your cost.

3. Delivery Cycle
Normally, the delivery cycle is within 7-30 days. For OEM orders, it will be different. We own design department and engineers which can offer CAD drawings within 2 days to maximally meet customer's requirements. We will take full advantage of our resources to make samples during 10-15 days and deliver them to customers for confirmation. After confirmation, we will deliver finished products within 15-30 days. For specific circumstances, the delivery cycle depends on order quantity.

4. OEM

In our product range, we accept OEM orders from any customer and in any quantity. OEM covers customer LOGO, operation manual, special packaging, etc. For some customers who need samples and put forward some changes on design based on samples, Medcare can meet their requirements.

5. Samples
We always do our utmost to win long term and stable medical products wholesalers, distributors and final users using high quality, cost effective samples and exceptional services. We can offer free samples (less than 50 USD) to the customers who are intended to cooperate. Delivery costs can be discussed.

1) How can I place order?
A: You can contact us by email about your order details, or place order on line.

2) How can I pay you?
A: After you confirm our PI, we will request you to pay. T/T and Paypal, Western Union, Alibaba Trade Assurance are the most usual ways we are using.

3) What's the order procedure?
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email or TM. Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do pre-paid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 7-15days if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.

4)How do you take care when your clients received defective products?
A: replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.

5)How do you check all the goods in the production line?
A: We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the goods when they go into next step production procedure.
