Q1: What is the Warranty for your LED Corn Light?
A1: We offer 5 years warranty. If any quality problems on our side occured in this period, we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.

Q2: What is colour temperature?
A2: Jiangjing LED Lighting offer lamps in warm, natural, pure and cool white with colour temperatures measured in Kelvin (K). The lower the colour temperature is, the warmer the light given by the LED: Warm white = 3000K-3500K, Natural white = 4000K-4500K, Cool white = 6000K-6500K

Q3:: What is CRI?
A3: CRI is a figure which feedback the real objects colors. For LED corn light, the CRI is over 80Ra.

Q4:What brand of leds you use for LED corn light?
A4:We use original Epistar SMD3030 chips as light source.

Q5:Are these light approved by DLC/SAA?
A5:Our regular model is DLC & CE ROHS approved, but could use SAA approved driver if acceptable.

Q6:What watts you have for LED Corn Light?
A6:We have 27W/36W/45W/54W/80W/100W/120W for your choice.

Q7:What LED driver you use?
A7:Driver made by ourself, it's our own brand, but could customize it upon your requirements.

Q8:Can we get support if we have our own market position?
A8: Please inform us your detailed requirements about your market demand, we will discuss and propose helpful suggestion for you, to find the best solution for you.

Q9:How to get the lamps if I place order, and how long?
A9:Once order confirmed, will arrange production ASAP, the lead time is around 3-5 working days.
Usually, we use door to door DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT forwarder, only takes 4-5days to Europe/Ameirica/Australia, takes 3-4days to Asia other country. And also, by air/sea is available for large quantities. If you have forwarder in China, could send via your own forwarder.
