Stop/Off the Unit if off
Program 1 : Rotate clockwise for 6 minutes, stop for 30 minutes, then repeat;
Program 2:   Rotate Counterclockwise for 6 minutes, stop for 30 minutes, then repeat;
Program 3 :  Rotate Counterclockwise for 20 minutes, stop for 10 minutes, Rotate clockwise for 20 minutes,
