Q: Payment

A: 30% as deposit when the order is confirmed, the balance need by paid before shipment.

Q:Service

A: If customer need home service, our engineer may go there factory to help them install machine, train the workers how to operate machine and how to maintain it. The customer need pay ticket, room and board, no wages.

Q: Delivery time

A: If we have machine in stock, we may delivery it within 10 days; if not, we need around 1 month to produce.
