Technical Process:

1. Die casting: we use material ADC12.

2. Clean the overflows and burrs.

3. Shot blasting of part blank.

4. CNC machine: be more accurate in overall tolerance.

5. Cleaning: completely wash the housing.

6. Assemble: we use the good spare parts: hub, shaft bearing, mechanical seal, impeller in this process, we will check the hermitcity of housing for twice.

7. Oil the hub to avoid rusting.

8. Packing.
