Q1. What is the lead time of power bank?

 
A: Sample is 3-5  working days, mass production time is 10-12 working days for order less than 10,000 pcs,20-23 woriking days for order more than 10,000 pcs.

Q2. Do you have any MOQ limit for the power bank?

A:Our MOQ is 500 pcs with normal retailer packing;  

OEM MOQ  is 1000pcs for trial order.Please let me know your choice.

Q3. What kind of transportation methods you offer?

A. We always use express delivery like DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT and EMS, as we enjoy perfect discount in these companies. But if buyers provide us accounts of their own, transportation fee paid by such accounts are also welcomed.

B. We also always transport by air and sea for the goods with large quantity, and we will confirm freight with buyers' prior delivery.
