SK element: Element is composed of helix structure plates which is forming by welding and polishing , left-right helix structure.

SK type static mixer is welded by spiral pieces in group with single pore canals that turn around to the left and right. The uniformity coefficient of liquid-liquid phase and liquid-solid phase is as follows: σ X ≤1-5% . It is suitable for the mixing, reaction, extraction, absorption, injection molding, color, heat transfer and other processes in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, food, fine chemical, plastics processing, environmental protection, synthetic fiber, mining and metallurgy and other fields, and especially suitable for high viscous media coupled with a relative flow and impurities at the viscosity of no more than 10 centipoises.

4.INOCO Automatic self cleaning filter

Products specification>>

YNTSH - XF series automatic self-cleaning filters is a kind of filter suitable for bad environment, it can be equipped with 3500 microns - 50 micron filter screen and 8-36 "pipeline diameter for different using requirements. The cleaning process is started by a differential pressure switch which is monitoring the different pressure of inlet and outlet pipeline of filter, usually the default value of press difference switch is 0.5 bar (7 psi).

Working operation>>

When the differential pressure of inlet and outlet pipeline reaches the presented value, the filter will start the cleaning process. The whole self-cleaning process contains two steps: the drain valve opens; the two stainless steel brushes which is driven by motor inside will brush off impurities which was captured by the mesh and then impurity will be discharged from drain valve.. The whole cleaning process takes about 15 to 60 seconds, while during this time, the filtration system does not stop flowing and controlled by a control box.

INOCO 500 Series filter separator is mainly used in the need for efficient removal of solid and liquid particles , regardless of the particle size these also can be applied. Filter separator is particularly suitable for removing dust and smoke which is extremely small. Its wide range of applications, including eliminating lubricants from processing air, removing impurity from upstream gas pipelines in regulator stations and compressor stations and removing ethanol from the gas after dehydration and etc. Series 500 Separating filter is combined by YNT mesh demister and YNT coalescence elements. the droplets more than 3-5μm can be 100% separated; between 0.5 ~ 3μm droplets can be 99%separated , and the solid particles 0.5μm are 99% filtered.
