Gas collecting station

The gas is going to be collected in the main pipe when the gas from the production zone, and the gas all the different areas is transported to processing station ,before the gas transporting to the processing station the gas will be processed by filtration ,separating and extraction for removing particles in the transporting line system .

Nature gas transporting station processing description: gas is transported to requirement place by pipes; adopting compressed gas transport from one to place to some other place, there has one gas booster station on the line of transporting approximate per 50 to 100 miles. This booster station is combined with compressor, motor and some accessory equipment such as filters, separators.

Nature gas solid desiccant dehydration

Solid desiccant such as oxidation alumina, alumina or silicone gel and molecular sieve, all them can be used for moisture filter in natural gas. The water will wet dry bed and shorten the service life, liquid hydrocarbon will pollute desiccant, wet air will pass gas separator firstly , remove free water and hydrocarbon liquids,then the pretreated gases pass online dry bed and regeneration bed ,once the dry bed is saturation,it will enter the regeneration cycle ,and it is heated to 450 degrees Fahrenheit -550 °F and achieved recycling ,this temperature is enough for evaporating desiccant moisture, and will not damage desiccant, the desiccant will be destroyed when the temperature above 600°F,regeneration heating gas will be cooling and compressed and returned to wet air inlet .

The well gas will be transported to ground by pressure.the as is easy sucking out by relative little pressure.

There is using one kind portable device to accomplish this action in industry ,including motor and compressor .this device can be removed from one gas recovery well to other one ,one gas field have lots of this kind devices ,collect gas and transport the gas to collection tank by pipes.
