In the oil refining industry, automatic tubular backwash filter is used as a reactor pre-filtration of hydrocracking, hydro-treating, hydrogenation and Hydro desulfurization devices. It can effectively prevent the blockage of the catalyst bed layer, reducing the frequent manual switching operation and heavy filter cleaning work, to avoid unnecessary shutdown time, thereby protecting the expensive catalysis , extend the operation cycle, and have better economic benefit.

InoBW-Tub series type Tubular automatic backwashing filter using carbon steel, stainless steel or coating shell .

The filter cartridges are divided into wire mesh filter, sintered net filter, fiber filter and wedge filter.
1, wire mesh filter accuracy range of 20 mesh to 3 microns.
2, fiber filter accuracy range of 250 mesh to 1 microns.
The main material comprises polypropylene, polyester, nylon, the support is stainless steel plate with punching holes.
3, wedge filter accuracy range is 500 mesh to 25 micrometers, it is very suitable for high viscosity or slurry, filter cartridge
can bear high pressure and temperature difference.
4,Automatic backwashing design, provide continuous filtration, free maintenance.
In the backwashing process ,the backwashing could be operated each unit by each unit,and it don’t affect liquid normal
filtration .
5,The system adopt pneumatic draining valve,backwashing time is short and consuming less water.
6,When it is backwashing,clean liquid or gas is available ,and the the impurity discharge from the bottom.
7,The equipment is running by PLC control system and could accomplish remote control.
