GFC Semi automatic viscosity liquid filling machine
The machine has been redesigned on the base of the same product at abroad. It increases some additional functions which make the products easy and convenient to operate, adjust quantity, clear the facilities, maintain the machine. There is an appropriative table which can be ordered according to the customers’ request.
Working Principle: The cylinder moving forward and back drives the piston in the feeding jar reciprocating, and then the front cavity of the feeding jar is in minus-pressure.
When the cylinder moves back, draws the piston back, and then the front cavity of the feeding jar is in minus-pressure, so the materials are forced to the feeding tube, and last reach to the feeding jar through the three-way valve.
When the cylinder moves forward, draws the piston forward to extrude the materials, and then the materials reach to the outlet tube through the unilateral valve, at last, they are filled into the bottles prepared to complete one time filling.
