Impact Pads Introduction

Fenjin Impact Pads complete with Low-Friction Polyurethane Impact Bars.

Impact pads are supplied with modular design frames consisting of a Central Main Frame and Wing Supports, with adjustment brackets to suit any conveyor belt troughing angles.

The Modular support structure has been designed for easy installation, to withstand heavy impacts, and to be adjustable to suit any troughing angle of the conveyor.

Replacement parts are also available for the Impact Pads.

Features of Impact Pads

---Buffering bar material is UHMWPE, smooth surface with good wear-resisting. Compared to             rubber impact rollers, it has longer life time

---The high elastic rubber in middle of buffering bar slow down the material impact force efficiently,      protected the conveyor belt when material drops.

--- Easy installation with adjustable assembling angle.  The left and right buffering bar can be               adjusted to 0 degree for easily installation from side of conveyor. And the buffering bar can be         replaced singly of jointly by unscrew the bolts.
