The suspended platform hoist in LTD series is a newly developed type of repairable product. Through a series of testing and detection, it proves to be self-repairable and reusable from various impacts on steel rope, such as mechanical deformation, bending, and broken strand. This function largely increases the working life of the steel rope.

The LTD8 suspended platform hoist employs the S cable guiding system, thus it provides great lifting force and steady operation. It is an ideal choice for heavy load transportation.

With α cable-guiding system, the LTD8.0 and LTD6.3 series of products are light, compact and convenient to repair. They are primarily required in moderate or light load transportation.  

Hoist Assembly 

Each end of the platform install one hoist.

The outer housing of hoist is die casting aluminum(104# Gb) material, not easy to crack. Rope pressure sheave is made of spring steel; turbine is made of 94# tin bronze. All above materials except turbines, are with heat and black oxide treatment.
