(1)double side glue spreading machine

Glue spreader is mainly used in plywood boards, laminated boards, core boards manufacturing and production. Main characteristics & features as below:

 1). Excellent quality, high efficiency, easy operation and convenient maintenance. Reduce more labor cost;

 2). Chrome plated rollers and rubber rollers, durable to use;

 3). Glue evenly, no transverses strips, save more glue;

 4). High precision blocking, maintain the entire machine in a clean condition;

(2)Cold pressing machine

  C400T cold press machine is suitable for decorative boards, plywood boards, blockboards pre press procedures. General structure is designed with international advanced technology and combines with self-developed craftsmanship. Fully automatic control, stable working performance. Pressing system and circuit are all under precise test to ensure excellent quality. Oil cylinder uses special superhard material, oil seal with low resistance step ring to prevent oil leakage. Long life span and low maintenance cost. 

(3)automatic panel loader

  The automatic panel loader can feed all the boards into the hot press at a time,as well as it can push  all the finished boards from the hot press.If it compare with  manual machine,the automatic panel loader machine can save two-thirds processing time.It is good for increasing the working efficiency of the hot press and save labor cost.

(4) hot pressing machine

 Hot press machine can be used widely in man-made boards manufacturing, especially for plywood production. It adopts anti high temperature ABS air inlet and outlet hose, steel wires to strengthen hose, durable to use. Easy and convenient operation and maintenance, full automatic control of temperature time and ensure plywood quality. 

    During operation, hot platen temperature are scattered averagely and the platens close very fast with good synchronism. Stable operation, easy to fix, low motor power, save electricity and reduce cost.

(5)sanding machine

--The sander is mainly used for burnishing and confirming the thickness of multiply plywood,shaving board,MDF board and solid wooden board.

--Body with integrated mineral pouring structure,sufficient rigidity and extended service span.

--Sand roller with a bigger diameter,extend sand belt service span, precise dynamic balance,operation with stability.

--There also have a big sanding power(0.6kw/cm)and a big force when it is used for the maximum width material.

Q: How can I order from you?

    1. When both sides agree to the quotation and make a deal, we send you Proforma Invoice, Packing List and other required documents for custom clearance. Buyers transfer us deposit, when we receive into bank account, we start production and keep you update for the process(shoot photos, videos).

    2. Before delivery, machines should be tested to ensure its normal operation. Also send some photos of the packing and details to make sure they are in good condition. 

    3. All the documents will be delivered to you by DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT etc. for your custom clearance purpose.
