OEM Policy:

      We can print your LOGO and custom packaging of our products, if you order exceeds 1, 000 units or above; the imprinting service and packaging will be free, otherwise it will be charge for printing and packaging at cost.The procedure is very simple; after choosing the product, you must provide us your LOGO / Packaging ARTWORK (digital format PSD, AI) , and we will send you back a visual of the labeled product. If you accept the size and position, we will proceed to mass production.

Refund and Warranty

    If the items damage or malfunction caused by delivery under normal use. You will be offer for a return.

If you have received a wrong item, you will be offer for a return.

Due to particularity of digital product sometimes buyer may think he received a faulty item (in fact it may be good ), but no authority can confirm it or no intuitionist proof support it, buyer will be still offer for a return.

Please note that: all defective items must be returned within 2 month from the date of purchased for exchange or refund. Buyer must return items to our China office at his/her?own cost of post-page.

To qualify for a FREE exchange or refund the product must be:     we received the returned item, in otherwise " as new " condition; and complete with any accessories (if possible, the original box and packaging).

This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

60 days exchange service warranty from the date of purchase if the item is defective.
